MetroBrokersTV: Hello. We are here at the last day of Inman Connect in San Francisco. We are at the Garden Court Café and I am talking to with Gail Clark and Gail is with Metro Brokers and welcome Gail, how are you? Gail Clark: I am doing great. MetroBrokersTV: So, you work out of Denver then with Metro Brokers? Gail Clark: I do. I work out of 1601 South Pearl Street and I specialize in residential sales in Denver in Arvada, Co and the north north west area of Denver. MetroBrokersTV: And you have your own company... you are a shareholder with Metro Brokers? Gail Clark: Yes, I am and have been a shareholder for I don't know... 15 years. MetroBrokersTV: Oh, wow. Excellent. So, you have ben out here to Inman before right? Gail Clark: Yes. This is my second visit to Inman and it has both been here in San Francisco and it is probably... not probably, definitely is the best, absolute best convention I have been to. MetroBrokersTV: Great. So, been here now three days. Anything you picked up? Some things you want to share with people out there? Gail Clark: There is a wealth of information I picked up here. It actually is so much information I would have to go home and sift through some of it, but some of the biggest things that I picked up are great marketing ideas, a way to expand the business, get... and I think the main thing is the understanding of where the real estate marketet is going today and what I need to do to position myself or my business for the future of real estate. This was a great convention to get some foresight, some planning ideas, and information that I just had never thought about before. So... MetroBrokersTV: Great.
