Justin Juarez: Thank you very much Dan. MetrobrokersTV: All right, so your business plan. Are you a geographic farming guy or you an investor guy? Where is your niche? Justin Juarez: In order to be honest with you Dan, when I got in to the business I started working with first time home buyers from that I was able to work with those client's to buy their second and third home, receive some referrals, lately the way the Market has been up, kind of switched over to working with investors to take advantage of this economy.
